看完legal High的第一季後,隨意寫幾句.

Legal High的亮點當然是因半澤直樹而紅遍香港的堺雅人。如果要把"Legal High"和"半澤直樹"比較,我一定比較喜歡Legal High.

我小學時便因親屬的原故到過法庭聽審,法庭不是尋求真理的地方這恪言在古美門研介說出之前早已植根。細節和原因就請看古美門淋漓盡致的演繹。劇中古美門強調的"錢就是一切,除此之外其他甚麼都不是"及新垣結衣的傻勁反襯出錢的限制性,一正一反造就了全劇的趣味性及令人深思的地方。(其實金錢是一個偽名題,如古美門說的做的:金錢不行的就找家人麻煩,家人不行的就找其他痛腳威迫利誘,甚至訴諸他人的自尊心/同情心等德行。古美門這人的確邪得很,但這亦解釋了他百戰百勝的高效原因。)

令我感動的第二點是劇中人物處事時的一絲不苟。為了反證證人的供詞可能有漏洞,便把過去3年的每一篇博客文章一古腦看過徹底再與現實比照;在日照權案中為了將區委會的成員逐一擊破,便調查了每一戶的實際情況;在環境污染案中,古美門一口氣直接呼叫每一村民的事跡...在觀眾看來不過是理所當然的劇情,實則上應了"台上一分鐘,台下十年功"這一句。這種解決問題的態度,我至今還未有實際工作時遇上(包括自己),但不得不說一句,這個威力太強。

其他令人感興趣的是日本法制與其他地方法制的比較,如果證人可隨意收買,到作供時反口覆舌,這樣大丈夫ですか?

總結一句,Legal High是娛樂性及啓發性滿分之作.
